Shipping Costs

We charge a flat-rate shipping fee per order, regardless of weight and order value:

• Germany: 5,90 €
• EU member states: 11,00 €
• All other countries: 18,00 €

All prices in the shop as well as the shipping fees stated above are gross prices and include German VAT of 19 %. The shipping fee applicable to your delivery address is shown to you before you complete your order.

Business customers from other EU member states can store a VAT identification number in their customer account. Once it has been validated, the goods are supplied as an intra-Community supply without German VAT.

Delivery

Delivery is made by Deutsche Post or DHL. The expected delivery time is 2 to 4 working days after receipt of payment (for prepayment) or after conclusion of the contract. Partial deliveries are possible; no additional shipping costs will be incurred by you for these.

We deliver to Germany, to EU member states and to further countries. Only the delivery countries selectable during the ordering process are decisive.

Deliveries outside the EU: For shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may be charged in the country of destination. These are not included in our prices, are levied by the local authorities or the carrier, and are payable by the recipient.

Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us promptly. Failure to file a complaint has no consequences for your statutory claims, in particular your warranty rights; however, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier.
