Delivery & Returns
Shipping Costs
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee per order, regardless of weight and order value:
- Germany: 5,90 €
- EU member states (activated resellers only, see below): 16,00 €
- Countries outside the EU: 28,00 €
All prices in the shop as well as the shipping fees stated above are gross prices and include German VAT of 19 %. The shipping fee applicable to your delivery address is shown to you before you complete your order.
Delivery
Delivery is made by Deutsche Post or DHL as a standard shipment; we do not offer express shipping. We hand the goods over to the carrier within approx. 2 to 4 working days after receipt of payment (for prepayment) or after conclusion of the contract. In addition, there is the transit time of the standard postal service: within Germany approx. 1 to 4 working days, to EU member states approx. 1 to 2 weeks, to countries outside the EU approx. 2 to 4 weeks plus customs clearance in the country of destination. We ship to EU member states as a DHL parcel with tracking. Partial deliveries are possible; no additional shipping costs will be incurred by you for these.
We deliver to Germany and to countries outside the European Union, and to other EU member states only to activated resellers (see below).
Delivery to other EU member states to resellers only: In other EU member states, electrical and electronic equipment may only be supplied to end users by sellers that are registered as producers in that country and have appointed a local authorised representative (Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment). We hold this registration for Germany only. We therefore deliver only to businesses that are established in the country of destination, pass the devices on to third parties there (as resellers, or as integrators who install them at their customers) and are themselves registered there as a producer (art. 3(1)(f)(iii) of the Directive). Such businesses apply for activation in their customer account; we review every application by hand. To activated businesses with a valid VAT identification number checked by us, delivery is made as an intra-Community supply without German VAT. A billing address in another EU member state remains possible for all customers; what counts for delivery is the delivery address.
Deliveries outside the EU: For shipments to countries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and handling fees may be charged in the country of destination. These are not included in our prices, are levied by the local authorities or the carrier, and are payable by the recipient.
Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such damage to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us promptly. Failure to file a complaint has no consequences for your statutory claims, in particular your warranty rights; however, you will help us to assert our own claims against the carrier.
